I know what you mean about good and clean bakeries. We have two in our town I don&#039;t really buy anything from either of them.They mostly sell basic chocolate chip or PB cookies, lots of overly sweet donuts and dry cinnamon buns. I don&#039;t think they even know the word &quot;Brioche&quot;.

They sell brioche during summer at the farmers market in the city about 35 minute drive, but they charge $12 for one.</description>

		<description>I love baking with orange blossom water.  Brioche is the perfect bread for it, too.  Thank you for sharing about the goose egg - I&#039;m not sure I will get one here, unless I get myself a goose to lay one, but I will keep my eyes out now. ;)</description>
