Personal Chef Services:
Enjoy a beautifully prepared dinner, every night.
After a free preliminary consultation to determine your food requirements, likes and dislikes I will come to your home with fresh groceries and start cooking your meals. Once ready, I will package them, either refrigerated or frozen, I will then leave re-heating instructions on your table. The kitchen will be left spotless so that when you come home, you’ll just have to re-heat your meal, seat back and enjoy.

After a free preliminary consultation to determine the number of guests and the menu items, such as the number of courses, theme and complexity, I will come to your home with fresh groceries, set up the table and starts cooking for the dinner party. I can prepare and serve the most traditional french and italian dinners, unlike anything available from most restaurants. You and your guests will enjoy an authentic and exciting culinary experience without traveling to Europe.
Cooking classes:
Learn how to cook new meals, in the comfort of your kitchen, using your utensils.
After a free preliminary consultation to determine the specific dish you would like to prepare, I will come to your home with fresh groceries and provide an initial background on the dish as well as the region it originated from. At this point, the class begins and I will detail the process, composition and techniques used in the preparation.
Classes are available one-on-one or as a group and can be taught in your choice of English, French or Italian. Kill two birds with one stone: Practice your favorite language and learn how to make your favorite dishes.
